Main ingredients and effects
Main components and areas of application
of Singjoint®

SingJoint® is intended for single intra-articular injection. The product is a unique linear macromolecular mucopolysaccharide, consisting of repeating disaccharide units of glucuronic acid and N-acetylglucosamine. The chemical formula is (C14H21NO11)n.
SingJoint® is not of animal origin and offers the advantages of high viscoelasticity, lubricity, physical adaptability, and good biocompatibility. It is a medical polymer produced from streptococci using high-tech biotechnology.
It is sterile and free from pyrogenicity, allergies, genetic toxicity, or skin irritation. Thanks to the fermentation of hyaluronic acid, there is no risk of the product transmitting viruses or spreading diseases associated with the harvesting of animal tissues or organs.
Applications
SingJoint® can be used as an orthopedic treatment to improve joint function. When injected into joint cavities, its macromolecular properties and good viscoelasticity stimulate the synovial membrane to produce high-molecular-weight sodium hyaluronate. This helps to alleviate joint pain, improve mobility, reduce synovitis, and slow the progression of the disease.

SingJoint® is suitable for the treatment of knee osteoarthritis symptoms. By replacing and supplementing the pathological synovial fluid in osteoarthritic joints, it relieves pain and improves joint function.
Singjoint® Instructions for the physician
1. Since SingJoint® is administered as an intra-articular injection, the injection of SingJoint® should only be performed by trained physicians.

2. The injection must be performed aseptically.

3. If a joint effusion is present, it should be aspirated before the injection. The dosage regimen involves a single injection into the affected joint cavity.

4. Dispose of the syringe and needle after single use.
The dosage regimen involves weekly injections into the affected joint space, for a total of three to four injections.
Singjoint® Possible side effects
Following intra-articular injections, mild, temporary local pain, swelling, arthralgia, and joint stiffness at the injection site have been reported. These symptoms are usually mild and transient, typically resolving within 2 to 7 days without medical intervention. If symptoms persist, please contact your doctor.
Singjoint® Precautions
1. To avoid cross-contamination, strict aseptic technique must be observed.

4. Do not inject SingJoint® into a blood vessel.

5. Do not inject SingJoint® outside the joint cavity or into the synovial tissue or joint capsule.

6. If a joint infection is present, it should be treated before injecting SingJoint®.

7. Do not use disinfectants containing quaternary ammonium salts simultaneously for skin preparation, as sodium hyaluronate may precipitate upon contact with this ingredient.
